Spearheaded the concept and marketing for Beryl’s Heritage Concept Store in Jalan Panggong, inspired by Malaysian batik elements. Responsible for copywriting, design, and editorial direction of the quarterly newsletter, featuring team recipes and heritage stories.

Curated collaborations with local artists to highlight Malaysian heritage arts, and developed seasonal curated packs, chocolate mould concepts, and packaging strategies guided by market research and brand objectives.
